Director’s Bio  / Bio del Director: Gustavo Taretto. Born in Buenos Aires in 1965. In 1983 he started attending different photography workshops, black & white and color. At the same time, he studied music and started to attend to script and direction workshops. in 1993 he started working as a creative in an advertising agency. After 14 years, he reached the executive creative direction in Ogilvy Argentina. He received several awards in festivals arround the world, among others the Gold Lion in 2002. In 1999 he joined the school of the master José Martinez Suarez. Where he wrote and directed 3 short films, LAS INSOLADAS, CIEN PESOS and MEDIANERAS, which has received more than 40 international awards, including the Gran Prix in Clemont Ferrand, 2006.

Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1965. Desde 1983 realizó distintos talleres de fotografía. Primero en blanco y negro, después en color. Paralelamente estudié música. A fines de los 80 realicé algunos talleres de dirección y guión. En 1993 empezó como Creativo y Director de arte en una agencia de publicidad. Después de casi 14 años llegó a la Dirección General Creativa de Ogilvy Argentina, habiendo ganado premios en los principales festivales del mundo. Entre los que se destaca León de Oro en Cannes 2002.  Escribió y dirigió 3 cortos que Las Insoladas, Medianeras y Cien Pesos. Medianeras lleva mas de 40 premios internacionales, entre ellos el Grand Prix de Clermont Ferrand 2006.
